چکیده
Noble metallic nanostructures with strong electric near-field enhancement can significantly improve nanoscale light–matter interactions and are critical for high-sensitivity surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). Here, we use an azimuthal vector beam (AVB) to illuminate the plasmonic tips circular cluster (PTCC) array enhance intensity of PTCC array, then it SERS sensitivity. The was prepared based on self-assembled inductive coupled plasmon (ICP) etching methods. calculation results show that, compared linearly polarized (LPB) radial excitations, AVB excitation obtain stronger due resonant responses formed in nanogap between adjacent tips. Subsequently, our experimental proved that increased sensitivity 10-13 mol/L, which is two orders magnitude higher than LPB excitation. Meanwhile, had excellent uniformity factor calculated be ∼2.4×108. This kind light field enhancing may applied sensing technologies, such as trace amount detection.

متن کاملSurface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy
Raman spectroscopy is the use of inelastic scattering of light to probe various properties of molecules and materials. Incoming photons interact with the electron cloud of the molecular bonds and inelastically scatter. During this scattering the energy of the incoming photon is shifted to red or blue depending on the particular process. This phenomenon is called Raman scattering and was discove...

The ability to control the size, shape, and material of a surface has reinvigorated the field of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). Because excitation of the localized surface plasmon resonance of a nanostructured surface or nanoparticle lies at the heart of SERS, the ability to reliably control the surface characteristics has taken SERS from an interesting surface phenomenon to a rapi...

This review covers from the basic principles of Raman spectroscopy to the advanced technique of surface enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) spectroscopy. After briefly going through the description of Raman and introduction of the development of SERS, the article will focus on the “hotspot” of the current research work on SERS – single molecule spectroscopy. We will see later that “hotspot” is als...

Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a promising tool in the analytical science because it provides good selectivity and sensitivity without the labeling process required by fluorescence detection. This technique consists of locating the target analyte on nanometer range of roughed Au-nanoparticles. The presence of the metal nanoparticles provides a tremendous enhancement to the result...
